Spawn Boat activates with Circle, Circle, L1, Circle, Circle, Circle, L1, L2, R1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle on PlayStation, or B, B, LB, B, B, B, LB, LT, RB, Y, B, Y on Xbox. The spawned vessel appears approximately 5 meters in front of the player's facing direction. If activated on land, the boat materializes on the nearest road surface; if near water, it spawns directly on the water surface.
