How much do we actually know?
Less than the internet would have you believe — but more than nothing. Music has always been one of the most carefully guarded parts of a GTA launch, because licensing dozens of tracks is expensive and Rockstar tends to lock the soundtrack down late. For GTA 6, the firm confirmations so far are narrow: Trailer 2 used a set of identifiable licensed songs, the station name V-Rock is the only dial brand to actually surface in GTA 6 footage, and the earliest music tie-in was a Tom Petty track. That's the confirmed layer, and it's small.
Everything else falls into two honest buckets. First, the returning brands: real stations from Vice City and the wider GTA series that players reasonably expect to come back, given that GTA 6 returns to Vice City. Flash FM, Wave 103, Fever 105 — these have history, and history is a decent predictor, but Rockstar hasn't confirmed any of them for this game. Second, the new-station concepts: stations we'd expect Leonida's setting to feature based on the region's real musical culture — Miami bass, reggaeton, Cuban son, swamp country. Those are clearly labeled as GTA6Gang concepts, not announcements.
The sections below keep all of that separate, and flag the two persistent rumors that never panned out. No invented tracklists, no fake station logos, no "leaked full lineup." Just what's real, what's likely, and what's wishful — with each entry linking to its full page.
✅ Confirmed in GTA 6 · 3
What Rockstar has actually put in front of us. Trailer 2 confirmed a batch of licensed songs, V-Rock is the only station name to appear in GTA 6 footage so far, and the very first piece of music tied to the game was a Tom Petty track. This is the only fully solid ground on the soundtrack.
| STATION | WHAT IT IS |
|---|---|
| V-ROCK | V-Rock is the only radio station to appear in GTA 6 footage so far — its logo is on Jason's t-shirt in the second trailer, strongly implying the Vice City rock station returns. Rockstar hasn't formally announced any station lineup. |
| TRAILER 2 SONGS | Trailer 2 confirmed multiple GTA 6 songs including Jay Ferguson, Wang Chung, The Pointer Sisters, Tammy Wynette, and Zenglen. |
| TOM PETTY TRACK | Tom Petty’s ’Love Is a Long Road’ — the first confirmed GTA 6 song, featured in Trailer 1 and spiked 37,000% in streams after the trailer. |

Not a station so much as a system: the self-curated radio that lets you pipe in your own music. It's been a GTA fixture since GTA III on PC and GTA V, so its return is a reasonable expectation rather than a confirmation.
