Is This a GTA 6 Cheat?
No GTA 6 cheat codes have been revealed. Rockstar has shown only trailers, screenshots and official write-ups — none of which include a cheat list. So nothing here should be read as a confirmed GTA 6 cheat. What we can do honestly is trace how the “Max Health & Armor” effect has worked across the Grand Theft Auto series.
In the GTA Series
Restoring health (and, later, armor) via a code is one of the oldest GTA cheats — present in some form since the earliest games and standard through the 3D and HD eras.
GTA V included a combined effect that refilled health and armor when the cheat was entered, by button combination or in-game phone number. It did not make you invincible — it simply topped you back up to full.
Like all GTA cheats, it was single-player only and disabled Achievements/Trophies for the session.
What This Page No Longer Claims
An earlier version described exact GTA 6 button inputs, on-screen effects, and how the cheat interacts with combat as confirmed facts. Rockstar has not revealed any GTA 6 cheats; this page now only covers the verifiable franchise history of the health/armor cheat.
