Is This a GTA 6 Cheat?
No GTA 6 cheat codes have been revealed. Rockstar has shown only trailers, screenshots and official write-ups — none of which include a cheat list. So nothing here should be read as a confirmed GTA 6 cheat. What we can do honestly is trace how the “Explosive Rounds” effect has worked across the Grand Theft Auto series.
In the GTA Series
GTA V had an 'Explosive Bullets' cheat that made every shot detonate on impact in single-player. Separately, GTA Online introduced purchasable Explosive Rounds for the Heavy Sniper as a (controversial) ammo type.
So 'explosive rounds' exists in GTA history both as a single-player cheat and as an Online ammo purchase — two different things.
