Overview
Pool & Billiards draws on the bar-and-tavern pastime long associated with the series' social venues. GTA 6 is set in Leonida, Rockstar’s fictionalised Florida built around Vice City, and follows Jason and Lucia across a dense open world.
Pool & Billiards has turned up in official GTA 6 material, but Rockstar has shared almost nothing about how it plays moment to moment. This page sticks to what the trailers and screenshots actually show and flags the rest as unknown.
What Rockstar Has Shown
Trailer 2 shows Jason playing pool with Cal inside a bar, so the mini-game is supported by official footage. That is the limit of what is confirmed: the activity exists in the world. The controls, any payouts, progression and unlocks have not been detailed by Rockstar.
How It Worked in Past GTA Games
Pool has appeared as a friendship/date diversion since GTA IV, where Niko could shoot a frame with friends, and it returned in GTA V. It sits in the same family of bar mini-games (darts, drinking) the series has used to flesh out its social venues.
Still Unconfirmed
Beyond the footage above, Rockstar has not published mechanics, payouts, challenge lists or rewards for Pool & Billiards. Anything stating exact figures, named challenges or step-by-step systems for GTA 6 is speculation until the game is out. Earlier versions of this page asserted invented specifics as fact; those have been removed.
